HANDSTAND CLASSES
Join our fun weekly class and kickstart or progress your handstand journey. We will work on all the basics - strength, technique, flexibility, and balance - and will play with different variations, arm balances, and inversions. You'll become comfy upside-down,
better understand your body, and learn to fall safely. And as a bonus, strengthening your shoulders, core, and wrists while improving your flexibility and proprioception will do wonders to your bouldering game.
The class is perfect for complete beginners and those who can briefly hold a freestanding straight handstand. Let's defy gravity together!

The handstand course in berta block takes part every thursday, 19:30 - 20:30 o'clock
and is 12€ (plus day entry, if you want to boulder before / afterwards).
